Appointments

• Walk-ins welcome for hand and foot services and hair removal services
• Appointment required for massage, skin care, and cosmetic medical services
• Credit card required to hold an appointment
• Priority given to customers with appointments
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Late arrivals & missed appointments

• 24 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule without fee
• < 15 minutes late: treatment shortened accordingly
• > 15 minutes late: we cannot guarantee your appointment
• > 15 minutes late and missed appointments: fee of the full service cost applies
• missed consultation appointments for cosmetic medical services: $50 fee

Spa environment

To foster a tranquil spa experience, we ask that cell phones not be used in the spa at any time. However, you are welcome to accept or place cell phone calls outside. Inside the spa, we also ask that you speak with your “indoor voice.”

Children and pets

Children under the age 5 are not allow in the spa, and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We love pets, but out of respect for all our guests we do not allow pets in the spa.
