Services

If you have concerns about services you received, we want to know about it. Your continual feedback is critical to improving our services. In most cases we are able to address any problems you encounter. Let us know what happened and how you feel, and we will work with you to make it right! Our service providers would much rather hear your concerns than have you go unsatisfied with your service.

Refunds & exchanges

There are no refunds on products. There are no refunds or exchanges on gift certificates, except where required by law.

Prices

Since some of our costs are subject to market fluctuations, our prices can sometimes change with little or no notice. Our website always lists our current prices. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns. We are happy to help you understand any price changes you might encounter.

Appointments

  • We accept appointments online (Make, view, or cancel an appointment), over the phone, or through e-mail at relax@rechargespa.com.
  • We accept walk-in customers for hand and foot services and hair removal services, but you can easily make an appointment to avoid waiting or to request a particular technician.
  • We require appointments for massage, skin clinic, and cosmetic medical services.
  • We require your credit card information to hold an appointment.
  • Priority is given to customers with appointments.
  • We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to attend to any needed paperwork and let us start pampering you before your service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Last appointment is 1 hour before closing

Late arrivals and missed appointments

  • We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
  • Less than 15 minutes late: your treatment is shortened accordingly.
  • More than 15 minutes late: we cannot guarantee your appointment.
  • More than 15 minutes late and missed appointments: a fee of the full service cost applies.
  • If you miss a consultation appointment for our cosmetic medical services, a fee of $50 applies.

We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. See our Hours.

Payment

For spa services

We accept:

  • cash (United States currency only)
  • MasterCard
  • VISA
  • cashier’s checks
  • traveler’s checks

We are unable to accept:

  • personal checks
  • American Express

For primary care medical services

We accept:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • private payment via:
    • cash (United States currency only)
    • MasterCard
    • VISA
    • cashier’s checks
    • traveler’s checks

We are unable to accept all other forms of payment for primary care medical services. In the coming months we will also be accepting United Health Care.

Gratuities

Gratuity for the nail service industry is customarily 18% and is at your discretion.

Spa environment

To foster a tranquil spa experience, we ask that cell phones not be used in the spa at any time. However, you are welcome to accept or place cell phone calls outside. Inside the spa, we also ask that you speak with your “indoor voice.”

Children and pets

Children under the age 5 are not allow in the spa, and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We love pets, but out of respect for all our guests we do not allow pets in the spa.
